Briefly:

Seemingly destined for Raincity Studios from childhood, Steve began practicing graphic design since he could hold a pencil and was already a busy freelancer by 15 - beats a paper route fer sure! He dug into BCIT's New Media and Web Development course out of high school where he'd studied classical arts and digital animation. Raincity harvested this BCIT stalwart - first as a practicum student and now as a full timer. By the way, he's not just a designer - he rolls the code just as well, the usual ...PHP, XHTML, CSS, to Flash design and actionscripting, as well as visual effects in After Effects and 3d Studio Max, besides the exemplary Photoshop knowledge. An advocate of open source software, Steve is growing with the Drupal community and his thirst for knowledge means he is rarely seen without a 'puter nearby. The Vancouver native enjoys the usual snowboarding in the winter, swimming in the summer,and is exploring photography (cause he doesn't have near enough talents yet ;-)).
