Briefly:

"The guy who made phptemplate" is how most Drupalists know Adrian but we also know him as "Our man in Africa." Based in South Africa, Adrian doesn't make it to the weekly bar-b-ques very often but he writes enough Drupal code so we know he's busy. Oh yeah, he also shepherded the Bryght hostmaster mass-hosting tool which means a lot to us even if it doesn't to you.

An obsession with Mounties, combined with years of experience writing software for freight shipping and IT training software, plus working at .za's largest open source software company (making Linux-powered HR, POS and CMS software) all co-mingle to make Adrian into a fearless standard bearer for the Drupal world domination quest.

His office has clocks set to Vancouver time but to him, terms like "day" and "night" have little meaning when there's work to be done for Drupal, his indie online mag Oasis, plus other local and international community projects.
