My wife and I like throwing dinner parties. This meal was a celebration of a recent engagement. They asked me to cook them dinner, so I gave them this.

Ankimo & Hamachi
Ankimo with scallion, Hamachi with Jalapeño, soy sauce, and yuzu juice.
Chilled pea soup with Parmesan foam and bacon. One of my favorite soups. I’ll post a recipe for this another day.
Salmon 104 °F
This recipe is from Roberta’s Cookbook. The whole book is great, but I especially love this recipe. I’m going to do another post on just this recipe, so be on the lookout for it.
Served over chimichurri and caramelized onions with garlic butter and fried panko.
